Set in more than 130 acres of beautiful undulating Norfolk countryside, the aptly named Glen Lodge stands high above a steep sided, tree lined valley overlooking the River Yare and is the focal point of this unique club. Glen Lodge was opened in December 1994 and has since added probably the longest most impressive conservatory in Norfolk to the south side of the building.

There is so much more to Glen Lodge than golf. It is the perfect meeting place for a quiet drink and a chat or lunch in either or main dining room or in our new conservatory dining area. We have a great reputation for Sunday Carvery Lunch served 12.30 – 2.30 and anyone is welcome including non members. We also have an extensive day time menu and specials board and serve lunch between 10.30 – 4.00 Monday – Saturday & 10.30 – 3.30 on Sundays.

We have a regular programme of social events including Cabaret Nights, Casino Nights, Quiz Nights, Christmas Party Nights and a whole range of other events.

Glen Lodge is also available for private hire for functions and can cater for large numbers, making use of our Marquee during the summer adds scope for much larger functions.

We have the most delightful patio area with a garden looking over the 18th green. This is a fantastic area and great for Barbeques.

 

Glen Lodge is now an established Norwich Wedding venue and just a ten minute drive from the city centre of Norwich. Glen Lodge the wedding venue can seat up to 130 for the wedding breakfast in the Marquee and with vast seating facilities in the main room and conservatory we can accommodate many more evening guests.
