Bawburgh Golf Club are seeking a full time greenkeeper to join our team. The team are responsible for taking care of an 18 hole course, 9 hole course, driving range with short game areas, clubhouse and accommodation lawns and surrounding areas.
Hours per week are 40 standard with a typical work schedule being 6am – 2.30pm weekdays, with paid overtime required every third weekend. Seasonal overtime may be requested reasonably.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience;
– Level 2 Golf Greenkeeping qualification.
– Chainsaw certificates and experience (polesaw and/or cross cutting).
– Spraying certificates and experience (PA1, PA2, PA6).
– 5 years experience working within a golf club or similar environment.
Main duties of the job will include;
– To maintain the golf course and surrounding areas to high standards.
– To ensure that course tasks are completed to high standards.
– To maintain general high standards of practices and time keeping.
– To assist in course setup, definition, and reporting course conditions (suitability for play) as defined in the rules of golf.
– To ensure department reputations are good.
– To ensure a high standard of general presentation and cleanliness of the workplace, golf course and machinery.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
